Terms of service
Short, in plain words. Effective October 25, 2026.
In short
- The game is free, and it shows an ad from Google AdMob after a rated online game, never during a hand.
- There is nothing to buy and nothing to win: no in-app purchases, no chips, no coins.
- Play fair, choose a decent name, and keep the chat clean.
- Online deals are sealed before the first card, and the app checks every one after the game.
- The laws of Türkiye govern these terms.
By playing Euchre March you agree to these terms. We kept them short.
There is nothing to buy and nothing to win. Euchre March has no in-app purchases, no chips and no coins. Your rating is a record of your play and is worth no money. This is not a gambling service.
Your account
The app makes your account without a signup, and ties it to a secret key on your phone. Where the app offers it, sign in with Google, or with Apple on an iPhone, to keep the account when you change phones. If you never sign in and you uninstall the app, clear its data or lose the phone, the key is gone and so is the account.
You may not sell or hand over your account.
Names
A name is at most 16 characters. It may not carry contact details, rude words, staff titles or the name of one of our games, and may not pretend to be someone else. The app refuses such names; we may change one that gets through.
Fair play
You may not change the app or attack the server, play with the help of a bot or a script, team up with another player to fix a game, play two of your own accounts at one table, or use a bug to win. If we find any of this, we may restrict or close the account.
Online play
Rated games are played to the Standard rules, to 10 points. Friends tables are unrated, and the host picks the rules.
Each decision has a clock: 30 seconds for a bid or the dealer’s discard, 25 seconds for a card. When the time runs out, the table moves for you: a pass in the bidding, or a card. After three in a row, the table keeps playing your seat until you make a move. No game is lost on time.
If your connection drops, your seat waits a minute; then the table plays it to the end, and the result counts as yours. Leaving a game does the same.
Resigning is your side’s call: your partner has to agree. The other side then takes the game at the score as it stands, and at a rated table the ratings move as for a finished game.
The deals
We seal the deals of every online game before the first card. The server shows a fingerprint of its secret seed, and each seat adds a seed of its own. When the game ends, the server shows its seed, and the app shuffles every deal again from the seeds and checks it against the cards that were dealt. “Check the deal” on the result shows every value. If a check ever fails, write to us with those values.
Table chat
Insults, hate, harassment, spam and scams are not allowed. A line is at most 100 characters; the app refuses links, numbers and handles, and masks rude words. You can report any message or player, block a player (you two are never seated together again) or mute chat on your phone. We review reports and may mute an account’s chat, for a day or for good, or stop the account from playing online. That never ends a game under way.
Ads
The game is free, and it shows ads from Google AdMob. An ad appears only after a rated online game, when you leave its result, and never during a hand. The ads come from Google’s network, not from us. The privacy policy says what Google’s ad software collects and how to change your choices.
Changes to the game
We may update the game, change what it does, or close the service. If we close it, we will try to say so in the app well before.
Liability
We provide the game “as is”. We cannot promise that it will run without a break or without errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not let us limit.
Governing law
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye govern these terms.
